1. Dean – SBIL, Kolkata

इस पद के लिए कम से कम 6 वर्ष का teaching experience आवश्यक है। अनुभव Faculty, Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Corporate Trainer या equivalent position में Bank Training Institute, University, Business School, Corporate Learning Academy, Public Sector Training Institution या अन्य educational institution में होना चाहिए।

IIBF Certification, CFA या FRM जैसी certifications, published research papers/books तथा Leadership, Human Resources, Behavioral Science और Organizational Behaviour जैसे क्षेत्रों में specialization रखने वाले candidates को preference दी जा सकती है।

3. Marketing Executive – SBIL, Kolkata

Marketing Executive पद के लिए MBA या equivalent qualification in Marketing आवश्यक है और minimum 55% marks होने चाहिए। Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Analytics या Social Media Marketing में certification को preference दी जा सकती है।

उम्मीदवार के पास Marketing में कम से कम 5 वर्ष का experience होना चाहिए, जिसमें कम से कम 3 वर्ष Executive Education, Management Institutes, Universities, Training Organizations या EdTech Organizations में marketing experience होना चाहिए। Branding, international partnerships, programme portfolio generation और revenue generation का experience अतिरिक्त रूप से उपयोगी माना गया है।

4. Deputy Vice President – IT Risk

इस पद के लिए BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Information Technology या Cybersecurity में कम से कम 50% marks अथवा MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/M.Sc. IT में कम से कम 50% marks अथवा M.Tech in Computer Science/Cyber Security/Information Security में कम से कम 50% marks आवश्यक हैं।

उम्मीदवार के पास IT Domain में कम से कम 12 वर्ष का experience होना चाहिए। इसमें IT Risk Management या Information Security में कम से कम 6 वर्ष का experience preferable है। CISSP, CRISC, CISM या CISA में से कोई certification preference के रूप में दी गई है।

5. Assistant Vice President – IT Risk

AVP (IT Risk) के लिए भी संबंधित technical qualifications जैसे BE/B.Tech, MCA/M.Sc. या M.Tech स्वीकार्य हैं और minimum 50% marks आवश्यक हैं। Candidate के पास IT Domain में कम से कम 9 वर्ष का experience होना चाहिए, जिसमें IT Risk Management या Information Security में कम से कम 5 वर्ष का experience preferable है।
